ClearView Filter Aid is a professional strength filter cleaner for removing oil, scale, organics, and grime from sand, cartridge, and diatomaceous earth filters. Regular use of ClearView Filter Aid increases water flow ad helps keep the water cleaner with maximum efficiency. Filter Aid is compatible with chlorine, bromine, biguanide, copper/silver, and ozone treated pools and spas.

Directions:

D.E. & Cartridge Filters:
 - Turn off pump
 - Remove filter elements from the filter tank
 - Evenly coat with Filter Aid at full strength
 - Let Soak for 5 minutes or until foaming action stops and rinse filter grids
 - Replace grids in filter and continue normal operation

 

Sand Filters:
 - Turn off inlets and outlets for all chemical feeders
 - Close main drain and place filter in backwash position
 - Slowly pour 6 ounces of ClearView Filter Aid through skimmer while backwashing
 - Run filter and pump until water runs clear
 - Continue normal operation and replace chemical feeders

Cartridge Filters:
 - Turn off pump
 - Remove cartridge from filter and squirt filter from top to bottom with ClearView Filter Aid and allow to stand for 5 minutes or until foaming action stops
 - Rinse cartridge with hose and replace into filter for normal operation
